Man dies after crashing with a bicycle at a cycling festival in Bognor Regis article Bolognese police have launched an investigation after a cyclist was killed when his bicycle hit a wall in the town of Bognorf.
The accident occurred at the Bolognians Cycling Festival in the village of Gagnini in the Bocaglia area on Sunday evening.
According to police, the 27-year-old man was riding a bicycle and his bicycle crashed into a wall at the end of the day.
“There were no signs of injuries to the man, and he was not wearing a helmet,” the Bognorus police spokesperson said.
“At the time, the man’s bicycle was in the way of a pedestrian crossing, which led to a crash.”
Police are investigating whether the accident was caused by a hit-and-run or by a bicycle that had been left in the road.
